District Staff
Jim Clauser is our District Manager. He is in charge of overseeing the day to day functions of the district, which include a wide variety of programs. He works closely with our partner agencies, the county’s cooperating agencies, and the Board of Directors, who generously donate their time to provide direction for the District. Chris Storm is our E & S Technician. He is responsible for administering the Chapter 102/NPDES programs. This involves all earth disturbance/stream encroachment problems and erosion and sediment control plan reviews. Contact Chris at carbtech@ptd.net
Audrey WargoNichols, our District Secretary, is your first contact whether you visit or call the District office. She is familiar with the District's E&S program, and will assist with questions or concerns you may have. She also handles all of the District’s human resource, payroll, and financials, and serves as the bookkeeper for the Carbon County Environmental Education Center. Contact Audrey at carboncd@ptd.net
